Coming with experience in the often-divided worlds of brand and performance, Kate has a unique advantage of understanding both deeply. This skillset allows her to architect strategies that don’t merely chase metrics but elevate your brand’s voice and position.

Within Monday Digital, Emma is our Ecommerce Director and Strategist, dedicated to accelerating brand growth. With a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and a proven track record in driving sales, she specialises in crafting data-driven strategies that maximise revenue and optimise conversion rates.
Having worked with top-tier brands, Emma excels in performance forecasting, A/B testing, and channel optimisation. Her ability to translate insights into actionable tactics ensures every aspect of a ecommerce platform is primed for growth.

Stacey leads our Google Ads strategy, bringing extensive agency expertise in deploying advanced technical solutions that help brands address unique business challenges, scale efficiently & deliver measurable results.
With strategic foundations developed at Australia’s premier agencies including Clemenger BBDO and Ogilvy, she honed her paid media craft alongside renowned Google Ads expert Mike Rhodes, combining agency-scale creative thinking with granular technical execution. Stacey has engineered sophisticated Google Ads frameworks for leading brands across retail, ecommerce, lifestyle brands, and B2B sectors.
Her technical mastery spans advanced campaign tactics, complex feed management, automation & AI solutions that drive both brand and performance objectives. She specialises in custom Google Ads ecosystems that adapt to each brand’s growth stage, whether optimising for rapid scale, market expansion, or sustained performance, whilst maintaining the strategic rigor that only comes from years of big agency experience.
